  1. File Compatibility: We work with “TUKA” software. HPGL format files will be smoothly transferred into our system for efficient processing.
  2. Printing Markers: Should you require marker printing, we’ll be happy to provide this service at an additional cost.
  3. Pattern Services: Please note that we do not offer pattern making or pattern adjustments, but we’ll gladly work with the patterns you provide.
  4. Cut Plan: For the best results, the cut plan should be supplied by the customer.
  5. Transportation: To keep operations smooth, customers are responsible for delivering raw materials to our facility and collecting the cut pieces once completed.
  6. Payment Terms: Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer before delivery. As our business relationship grows, we’re open to discussing more flexible payment terms.

  1. Garment Readiness: All Garments should be fully stitched and ready for buttonhole operation.
  2. Buttonhole specifications: Customer must clearly specify:
    • Buttonhole size
    • Orientation (Vertical/ Horizontal/ Angled)
    • Quantity per garment
    • Placement markings
      We will excecute strictly as per the provided instructions.
  3. Buttons & Materials: Customer is responsible for supplying buttons (if required for testing) and ensuring fabric suitability for buttonhole work.
  4. Quality Responsibility: We are not responsible for fabric defects, fabric damage due to material limitations or incorrect specifications provided by the customer. 
  5. Transportation: To keep operations smooth, customers are responsible for delivering garments to our facility with relevant documents (Gatepass, PL with SBD) and collecting them once the buttonhole work is completed.
  6. Payment Terms: Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer before delivery. More flexible payment terms will be depended upon our future business relationship.
